Please note the following before Vaccination:

  1. Please bring your identification document (HKID card, birth certificate or passport).

  2. All vaccination services have to be arranged in advance. For vaccines that require multiple inoculations, an appointment for the next injection will be made after the first visit.

  3. Please make sure that you are not allergic to any ingredients in the vaccines. Please inform our staff if you have ever had allergic reaction to any vaccines or their ingredients.

  4. You should not have vaccination if you have fever (Temp >37.5ºC) or any discomfort.

  5. Please inform our staff if you are pregnant or may be pregnant. Some vaccinations are not suitable for pregnant women.
